DO i need to make an appointment?
No! We welcome walk-ins for tuxedo and suit rentals and purchases. Appointments are always welcome and preferred on Saturdays, as Saturday is typically our busiest day. If you’re shopping for a wedding tuxedo, prom suit, formalwear, or special-event attire, we recommend making an appointment when possible so we can give you our full attention.
How far in advance should i rent out my tuxedo/suit?
We recommend renting your tuxedo or suit as early as possible, ideally anywhere from 5 days to 3 months before your event, depending on your event and availability. While we can accommodate rentals with as little as 5 days' notice, coming in earlier is always recommended—especially for weddings, large groups, prom, and other major events. This allows plenty of time for measurements, ordering, fittings, and any necessary adjustments.
when should I pick up my tuxedo or suit?
Tuxedos and suits are typically available for pickup Tuesday or Wednesday before your event. Picking up your rental a few days in advance gives you plenty of time to try everything on and make sure the fit is right.
Can I purchase a Tuxedo instead of renting one?
Yes! We offer both tuxedo and suit rentals and purchases. Purchasing can be a great option if you attend formal events frequently, need professional attire, or want to have a suit or tuxedo ready for future weddings, proms, galas, and special occasions.
Do you offer tuxedo rentals near Charlotte?
Yes! We serve customers looking for tuxedo rentals and suit rentals in Charlotte and the surrounding areas, including Concord, Harrisburg, Lake Norman, and nearby communities. We're a convenient option for weddings, proms, formal events, and other occasions requiring formalwear.
When does the tuxedo or suit need to be returned
All rental orders must be picked up and dropped off in person. Your rental is due back by Monday following your event. If you are part of a wedding party, one member of the group may pick up and return the rentals for the entire party if needed, making it easy to coordinate pickups and returns.
Can an out-of-town groomsman get measured somewhere else?
Yes! If a groomsman cannot make it to our store, they can visit a reputable tailor or formalwear shop in their area to have their measurements taken. They can then provide those measurements to our team over the phone to help complete their tuxedo or suit rental.We recommend having measurements taken by a professional to help ensure the best possible fit for your wedding day.
Do you offer tuxedo or suit delivery?
No! Tuxedo and suit rental orders must be picked up and returned in person, but your entire party does not need to come in together. If needed, one member of the wedding party can pick up and return the rentals for the entire group. This can make coordinating tuxedo and suit rentals much easier for wedding parties, especially when members live in different areas.
